It is our privilege to introduce our company, V.P.Plastics, as the pioneer in the field of manufacturing of Hygiene bags & plastic injection moulded articles in India with exports of millions of Hygiene bags per annum having a prominent presence in indian and American markets since last ten years. We have been providing  customers innovative packaging solutions for more than two decades now. We founded the company in the year 1969 with a modest beginning & has grown leaps & bounds.

We are an ISO-9001:2008 certified. We have state-of-the art manufacturing facilities at our factory premises. Our quality systems are the best in the industry.

Which have demonstrated a very low claim ratio to supplies in our existing markets.

We have two manufacturing plants, one in the commercial capital of India i.e Mumbai and second one in the tax free zone of Daman.

We have installed capacity of 100000 [ one million hygiene bags ] per day. And can support the custom needs of the clients in packing and other areas.

We can make Hygiene bag dispenser using our injection moulding machine in varied colours, finish etc.

We are manufacturing the bags out of high quality grade of Polyethylene Material.

We supply test certificate mentioning the quality standard acheived along with each lot to the customer. 

We have 12 injection moulding machines ranging from 30 tons to 450 tons & can make products from 1 gram to 2 kilo grams.

Hygiene bags are used in any application in which foul odour are present.

Our mission is to give those with urinary incontinence, menstruating women & families with diaper age children a more discrete, less offensive way to dispose of their products & to eliminate the embarassment & / or unsanitary means of disposal in any venue.

It has built in antimicrobial agents that inhibit the growth of odour causing bacteria.

It can be used for sanitary napkin  / pad , tampon, baby diapers etc.

It is opaque to hide the inside contents.

It is made out of high grade of Polyethylene material & can be easily folded, wrapped etc

The bag is made out of 100 % recyclable  material.
